Who is Who

• Medova Healthcare: This is our third party administrator who oversees the High Deductible Health Plan.
• IIS Benefit Administrators: They administer our program and provide the ID card that should be presented to your providers.

Key Terms

• Deductible: The amount of money you pay towards covered services before your plan will begin paying.
• Out of Pocket Max: The maximum amount of money you'll pay in a plan year towards covered services.
• MERP: Medical Expence Reimbursement Plan.
• Self-Fund: Instead of paying higher premium, a plan sponsor may pay costs directly.

How Your Plan Is Different

Health Rosetta has purchsed a High Deductible Health Plan through Medova Healthcare, we then self-fund the high deductible. Because of this, if you contact Medova you will be told that you have a high deductible health plan. However, you actually have a lower deductible which is applied to things like hosptialization and outpatient surgery.
